For safety and kayak stability, the maximum weight limit is 250 pounds per person.
Kayaking Experience
No prior kayaking experience is required. Our guides provide a brief paddling and safety introduction before launching, and routes are chosen for calm, beginner-friendly conditions whenever possible.
Wildlife Sightings
Dolphins are frequently seen during our tours; however, wildlife encounters are never guaranteed. Guests may also occasionally spot manatees or sea turtles along the way.
Bird Island Preserve
Bird Island is a protected coastal bird preserve. Guests respectfully observe nesting birds and natural surroundings from the water while enjoying nearby shallow sandbars for relaxation and swimming opportunities.

All tours conveniently depart from Shephard’s Beach Resort in Clearwater Beach.
